Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. 

Please review our returns and refunds policy below.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for books purchased through our website within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition 
  • The book is returned with any original packaging 
  • Proof of purchase is provided 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless faulty or damaged:

  • Books showing signs of use or damage caused after delivery 


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@munro-ogilvie.com with:

  • Your order number 
  • A description of the issue 
  • Photos of the item and packaging where applicable 

We will arrange a replacement, refund, or exchange where appropriate.


4. Return Process

To request a return, please contact us at hello@munro-ogilvie.com before sending any items back.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us at hello@munro-ogilvie.com
